Wayne Rogers has spent the last 20 years of his professional career refining the process wherein lighting system quality and energy efficiency are optimized. Our spread sheet based audit system was developed to accurately track the existing conditions and project the cost and pay-back of implementing lighting upgrades. New highly efficient luminaires were developed to minimize the amount of energy required to provide high quality light on a wide variety of tasks. To date these luminaires outperform other products vailable in the marketplace. A system for material procurement was put in place to carefully control the product required in design build projects. This system pays for itself by passing on lower costs to the Owner. New lighting technology is being evaluated by Mr. Rogers on a monthly basis to ensure clients are able to take advantage of proven, reliable products. Over the past 20 years Mr. Rogers has managed projects that have resulted in the reduction of 22 megawatts of power and 770 million kWH of energy valued at $70,000,000. This has resulted in a net reduction of 600,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions.
